PHAD is used to conduct antenna pattern design studies to determine and prioritize radar modeling requirements and parameters. It includes a JAVA front end which provides a graphical interface for the modification of input parameters, including shape and configuration of the phased-array. MATLAB programs were designed and coded to run the radar models based on the input parameters, including the ability to read in Strategic and Tactical Modeling Process (STAMP) data relating to position, radar cross sections (RCS), and imaging. Results are presented graphically via 3D plots which may be configured by the user.
