The CPS application provides an environment to submit, organize, review, and approve threads of comments corresponding to a CDRL document. Once comments are entered, they are saved to a file for submission to the contractor for review. Different permission levels for users preserve the integrity of comments through revisions and additions. The tool integrates dialog between contractor and government until adjudication and resolution of comments. The tool can also be applied to progress reports and deliverable submissions.
