CART is a web based database used to map Analysis Cases and CPCRs to the Functional Areas, B1 specifications, and B5 specifications. CART users can add, delete, and edit existing items within the database. These items include Analysis Cases, CPCRs, Functional Areas, and B1 and B5 Spec entries. It was developed using Visual Web Developer 2008. The pages were written using ASP.net and the code behind was written in VB.net. All data is stored in a MySQL database.
